Welcome to Pepas, Belgium's first vegan frituur. We try to make plant-based cuisine more accessible to veggies, vegans and purebred meat-eaters. At Pepas, you can find typical vegan snacks (which you won't find in a ‘regular’ snackbar) and vegan alternatives to basic fry-up snacks.

Pepas is exactly what we vegetarians needed in our lives! As expected, it is not cheap, but in return there are good portions of fries. I took a medium fries out of habit, because at many Leuven friteries these days that's rather a small one, but it certainly wouldn't have been necessary here.
